These terms apply to First Mover Projects websites, digital products, templates, evaluation materials, operational services, licensing offers, and other business resources unless a separate written agreement applies.
Use of materials
Unless a product or license says otherwise, purchases are for the buyer's own internal use. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or public reposting of paid materials is not allowed without written permission.
Services and deliverables
Scope, price, timing, revision limits, usage rights, and payment terms for custom work may be stated on the checkout page, proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written confirmation. Where terms conflict, the more specific written terms control.
No guaranteed results
First Mover Projects provides practical tools, analysis, workflows, and operational support. Business, revenue, traffic, conversion, competition, and platform outcomes are not guaranteed.
Platform and third-party changes
Third-party platforms, APIs, marketplaces, rules, pricing, and availability can change without notice. First Mover Projects is not responsible for a third party's outage, suspension, policy change, or independent decision.
Acceptable use
You may not use First Mover Projects materials or services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Mover Projects is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative damages arising from use of its materials or services.
