Digital products

Because downloadable and immediately accessible digital products can be copied or consumed upon delivery, sales are generally final once access has been provided, except where required by law or where the product is materially defective or not delivered as described. If a product page or checkout states a different refund window, those product-specific terms apply.

Custom services and deposits

For custom work, deposits reserve capacity and may become non-refundable once work has begun, unless the proposal, checkout page, statement of work, or written agreement says otherwise. Any remaining balance, cancellation rights, and deliverable-specific terms are governed by the applicable written offer.

Duplicate or technical purchase issues

If you are charged twice, cannot access a purchased item, or receive a corrupted or incomplete file, contact us so the issue can be corrected.
