First Mover Projects collects only the information reasonably needed to operate its website, digital products, communications, transactions, and business relationships.

Information we may collect

This may include information you submit directly, such as your name, email address, company information, order details, support requests, or partnership inquiries. Payment processors and commerce platforms may collect payment information directly; First Mover Projects does not need to store full payment-card details.

How we use information

We may use information to provide purchased products or services, respond to requests, maintain security, improve offers, measure site or campaign performance, comply with legal obligations, and reply to messages you send us. If you send us a message through the site form, we use your name and email only to answer that message. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked to receive it.

Service providers

We may use third-party services for commerce, analytics, email, hosting, automation, or social distribution. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

If you subscribe to our weekly email, we collect your email address. Our email provider, Brevo, also records when you signed up and confirmed, the IP address used, and the consent text you agreed to, as proof of your consent. We use this only to send that email and to manage your subscription. We use Brevo to store the list and send the email. We confirm your address first (double opt-in). Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to firstmoverprojects@gmail.com to be removed. We do not sell or share your address, and we do not give it to sponsors. Our mailing address is PO Box 98, Firth, NE 68358. If we run sponsor messages in the email, they are labelled as sponsored.

Site analytics

We count page visits with GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service. It does not use cookies or store anything on your device, does not store your IP address or full browser details, and keeps only aggregate counts (such as page, referrer, browser, screen size and country). We use these counts only to see which pages are useful. We also count clicks on our sign-up and shop buttons, and we may show those buttons in one of two colours, picked at random each time a page loads, to see which works better. Nothing is stored on your device for this, and the counts are not linked to you. GoatCounter's servers are in the EU (Finland and Germany).

Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, business records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information First Mover Projects controls, subject to legal and operational requirements.
